Pursuing Pursuits
As I look back over the topics I wrote about this past year, the better part of 2020 was focused on mindset. At first, it wasn’t intentional, at least not consciously.
But once I realized mindset was popping up over and over, I decided to ask myself why and dig deeper into it. I realized I needed it. For the final 6 months of the year, I taught a class on mindset.
With all of the chaos of 2020 swirling around, I found this helped to keep me centered.
Just because one digit has changed in the calendar, doesn’t mean this topic isn’t still needed. It is for me. As I discovered in my deep dive, I barely scratched the surface. There is a lot to consider.
So, with the new year, I’ve challenged myself to focus more on how I think and what I think about.
And I set a goal for myself. Quite frankly, it’s kinda scary; to write and publish content to inspire me and hopefully others for the next 365 days.
If I kept this to myself, it would be easy to fall short. You know what they say about good intentions?
So I’m saying it out loud. Whether you choose to follow me is totally up to you. Don’t worry. I WILL NOT bombard your inbox unless you give me permission. The opt-in below will subscribe you to a weekly Inspire Points Digest.
On this platform, I will continue to talk about content creation, templates, and graphics. I taught courses on these topics last year and plan to teach more in 2021. The purpose of this story is to extend an invitation to Inspire Points.
Exactly how the rest of this plays out is unknown to me today. One thing I learned from last year is, when pursuing pursuits, clarity comes with action. In other words, I’ll figure it out as I go.
