FAITH Step
Whatever you do, don’t close your eyes and hope for the best. Faith is a necessary step but not a blind faith. Have faith based on sound reasoning.

EDUCATION Step
The way to get sound reasoning is to educate yourself. What is necessary to achieve the goal your after? Who has been there and done that before?

ACTION Step
Armed with this knowledge, you must take action. But don’t try to do it all at once. Slow measured steps will give you the confidence to keep going.

RESOLVE Step
There will be bumps in the road. Flex your risk muscle. You’re accomplishing something. Fear will be replaced with the resolve to push through whatever obstacle presents itself.

The 5th step is not part of the acronym but is essential if you intend to unmask fear and flex your risk muscle.

DO WHAT YOU CAN NOW Step
The real key is to stay within yourself and do what you can now. Step-by-step begin, to unmask fear and flex your risk muscle. The rewards are worth it.

Daily Doable: Kick fear to the curb. Look for all of the positives that are presented to you. Your goals are in reach.
